I also had him finish off the inside and added some shadow boxes and build a mantel around my fireplace which made it look like a new room. They were extremely flexible as the design location and final specifications changed several times. The price was very fair and allowed for 2-3 progress payments along the way. Jay's attention to detail in putting the hard wood floor down was amazing as he matched panel to panel from the connecting room.
