Someone with a larger crew would have finished faster, but the quality of the work is outstanding. "We hired Adam to convert our single-car garage into a bonus room (framing, drywall, electrical, flooring, moved a gas line, rerouted the hose spigot, and replaced the garage door with a slider). The quality is fantastic. I’d recommend him to anyone. What really stood out: Adam cared about the details. I had a rough vision, but when we hit decisions I hadn’t thought through, he’d flag it and, if I didn’t have a strong preference, steer me toward the right choice. He had a real vision for how it should look, not just doing the bare minimum or blindly following directions. The other thing was how clean he and any of his crew kept their workspace. This didn't actually matter since they were in a garage we weren't using, but every day it was immaculate, and all the material scraps were removed. Joshua explained options of repair vs. new installation, and I ultimately opted for the new install. Job included old tile demo/removal and install. Work was done on schedule, on budget, and communication with Joshua was great. Overall an easy experience, fair price, and I love the new floor."

I hired Tim to build a screen porch under my deck but added several projects as I recognized the high quality of work and attention to detail from his crew. In addition to the screen porch, they built a deck extension - so nice that I decided to have them replace the existing deck, installed a basement slider and replaced the door, installed a new fence and built a shed. Tim was responsive, open, honest and receptive of my requests and additions during the project. Great experience working with Tim and his crew: Dan, Brian, Eddie and Ben.
