She set up an appointment with her husband, Alan Pidderman who arrived right on time to the minute. The first perfect score. He shampooed the rug in less than an hour at a very reasonable cost. Another perfect score. The rug now looks new, once again. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the experience. I will call them again when I need anything done. All their work is guaranteed as well, which is reassuring. They were clean, efficient and courteous. "These guys use pushy and gimmicky sales strategies so be ready for that. The grout used to point the chimney spilled down the roof (still there after rain) and onto the windows and screens that I had to clean up. They said it was a two man job but it turned out to be one guy doing the work and the other guy sitting in the car looking at his phone or just not there. They got the job done promptly which was essential in this case and it looks fine but I am not feeling the value."
