Takes any suggestions so graciously & encourages one to always give his/her input if she is not doing something the way one likes it cleaned. Always willing to work with the customer. She is a very smart, kind individual who does a great job cleaning!

Five star experience every time. Erika is always flexible and accommodating and is very genuine and really cares about her clients. She always takes care of the little extras, always going above and beyond like helping with my puppy if I am not there which also states that I trust her whole heartily. She will arrange and do little things to make the atmosphere really homey. People at work can tell when she has been there too as I am a really happy camper the next day. Also, I have recommended her to several co workers and friends and they all love her as well. I highly recommend as Erika is an Extraordinary Professional.
