She set up an appointment with her husband, Alan Pidderman who arrived right on time to the minute. The first perfect score. He shampooed the rug in less than an hour at a very reasonable cost. Another perfect score. The rug now looks new, once again. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the experience. I will call them again when I need anything done. "We had our chimney capped. The guys from 5-Star showed up on time, their quote was competitive (and very fair), and they were ready to do the work the same day, which they did. They did a couple of extras for us and cleaned everything up before they left. Damon sat down with us to show us pictures of what we needed done and then pictures of what it looks like now. "These guys use pushy and gimmicky sales strategies so be ready for that. The grout used to point the chimney spilled down the roof (still there after rain) and onto the windows and screens that I had to clean up. They said it was a two man job but it turned out to be one guy doing the work and the other guy sitting in the car looking at his phone or just not there. They got the job done promptly which was essential in this case and it looks fine but I am not feeling the value."

"Honest tech, Prior to this apointment I had someone clean my boiler who stated that my chimney needed cleaning. when the tech came in he detached the chimney pipe to the boiler and showed me how clean it already was, and told me that it did not need cleaning. NO CHARGE."
