"He started great, but went down hill. 5 months to install a new heating system after being told it was 5-6 weeks.I was told he had no idea when he could finish because he started a 92 unit condominium project. On another project they installed an HVAC system with no control board. Lied to continuously about dates. We paid in advance for the work and found out afterward that he fired half the staff (I now know why.) Rather than be upfront about the issues he was facing we told lies. Very frustrating and found Devin to talk like an excon. Say one thing and do another with a very straight face."

I had planned to work a half day from home but ended up working the whole day from home. (I am fortunate that my employer is flexible.) Other than that, everything was great. They were professional, friendly, did good work, put down a tarp to protect my laminate flooring, and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them to others and would use them again."

"Leave your worries to us" We are a company that believes in taking care of our customers. Our customers are our priority. We stand behind our workmanship and parts.

"We purchased our house back in late April 2021. During the inspection process, we found a leak above the garage. Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating was hired to fix the leak. Eric from Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating came out on April 23rd 2021 to fix the leak above our garage. Turns out there was a water pipe that was punctured by contractors from when they nailed in baseboards in the laundry room above our garage. Fixing this required cutting a hole in the wall to get to the punctured pipe. When Eric fixed the pipe, we believed the problem was fixed, however now, 3 months later, we are noticing there is leaking again in the exact same spot. We called the company, as they claim they warranty their work for 12 months, and they are refusing to fix their work because “the property was technically sold after the work was done”. Even though the work was done FOR THE SALE, as PART OF THE TERMS OF THE PURCHASE AND SALE ON THE HOUSE. PLEASE take caution before hiring this company. Clearly their work doesn’t hold up, and they don’t honor their work like they claim to."
