"Very sorry you felt that way. But I think that you forgot to mention that you asked us to leave nails and hooks in the wall because you wanted to return pictures to the same location and that you did not want to pay us to fix the holes and all the drips all over the place from you attempting to paint the place yourself... If you were so unhappy with the job, why did you thank us for a phenomenal job and then pay us in full? then had an hour-long conversation on your patio about more work you wanted us to do, ending with you thanking us again. If you had only asked me to make some repairs or whatever you wanted, I would have done it."
"My apologies, Debbie. My guy switched your hot water and cold water lines to your washing machine but I believe we came and fixed it right away.. also, apologies for forgetting my drill at your house as I told you if it bothers you that much you could throw it away... we were very busy on a job 75 miles away from your house...I am also sorry we could not come back and do your floor that you wanted to be done a few months later, I was very busy and you did not want to wait and as far as your deck. I told you pressure treated wood needs to cure for a year but you did not want to wait and to go forward with painting it ..if it is chipped I would be happy to."
