First they refused to help saying we where now out of their service area, something like 30 miles away. Then they called my wife and said they would fix as they were the ones who installed it. Then they called back and said they refused to honor the warranty. She explained the manufacturer AGREED to replace the tank and that we would have to pay for the labor, which was fine. They said the only way they would come out was if they were going to replace the entire system. That they would not install a new tank from the manufacturer, that we must buy a new unit through them. Regardless of the fact they sold us and installed the defective tank. This is the 2nd time they burnt me, we called them out on a warranty issue before and the tech had forgot a tool needed to make the repair. We were without heat during one of the coldest weeks of the winter. They promised to come back the next day with the tool and make the repair. I paid them over $360. The next day the women called and canceled due to the weather and I had to call someone else to fix. I am amazed this company has any good reviews with this level of service

I called Paradigm about 9:00 this morning and explained my problem. Luckily they were able to get me on the schedule for today and was told they'd be out between 1:00-3:00 pm. At around 11:00 I received a call that they were able to come earlier and were on the way. Another lucky break. Steve arrived and we filled him in on everything we did to try and fix the problem according to the owner's manual. Within an hour and fifteen minutes he had the water heater back up and running. He explained what he did, what may have caused the problem and said to call if we needed further help. All in all a very good service call. Thanks!!

Steve arrived on time and called beforehand to confirm. He was professional, friendly and completed the work swiftly. He also informed us that our faucet manufacturer often provides replacement parts for free (the cap on the faucet was broken as well). Because of his recommendation, we saved ~$0 dollars for a new cap which we got for free.

Excellent! We were very happy with the company from start to finish. They squeezed us in for a same day estimate, rather late in the day, and their price was competitive. The work was completed the following morning (it could have been done the same night if I'd wanted) . There were issues to deal with due to city code changes, and everything was done very professionally. There was also a problem due to some corroded pipe, which caused the job to be a little longer, but the price didn't go up, Very happy with Gary's work! I highly recommend Paradigm.

It was a very positive experience from start to finish. In addition to doing the planned work (switching out our old kitchen faucet for a new one) quickly & efficiently, the service provider, Steve, identified a leakage issue and quickly repaired that during the same service visit for a minimal extra expense. Both Steve and the operator who took my initial call were very polite and professional. Additionally, unlike a local competitor in the plumbing industry whom I'd also contacted, Paradigm did not charge me a surcharge for the fact I supplied the faucet (rather than them), and they were able to make the appointment much sooner than the aforementioned competitor. Would highly recommend!

Rob Roy was the plumber who showed up at our house. He is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He wasted no time getting started on the job, and he was more than willing to answer questions and provide appropriate explanations. I will definitely use Paradigm Plumbing again, and I will be asking for Rob Roy to be the plumber who is sent out. You cannot go wrong with him! The cost listed above is for 1 1/2 hours labor at $130/hr + 1/2 free estimate + $50 fuel charge for the drive.

Everything went great! We had tenants in that home, so getting someone dependable over asap was the priority. The tech was able to work quickly, and had the water heater back up and running by the afternoon.

They are incredibly polite and I got a person right away when I called. They walked me through what I needed to do and considering the way i called, they were amazing. They are attentive to keeping your house clean (i.e. wearing booties) and they are unvariant to preventative work. They've replaced old-style turn off valves and replaced my kitchen faucet and toilet systems. They always answer all my questions. It was one of the reasons I joined Angie's List. When we were shopping for a heating system, they did not bad mouth the competition. Instead they sold their product to us and showed us why it was superior.
