He was here for MAYBE 10 minutes; he called someone to try and figure it out, ended up going to Menards to purchase a different switch, (that's ok), was gone MAYBE 45 minutes, installe switch and charged $200. Upon my arrival home in the evening, switch did not work. Had to keep another switch on to make the one they installed work. He sent another young man the next day after and he was here MAYBE 10 minutes (and the owner implied he should charge more since they had to come back- REALLY???) I asked if we could some money refunded and was told I could stop by the shop and get 1/2 hour refunded. He can keep is $42.50 to send his employees to school. My opinion total cost should not have been more than $100."
