"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"All three guys (including Juan) came to power wash on Monday morning caulked EVERY nail and crack on Tuesday, taped and started painting on Wednesday and finished the job on Friday after lunch. New house and trim colors, two coats of paint all around. Tidied each day and cleaned everything up before they left. Very polite and very hard workers.
