I hired them to move a large fridge from my basement garage around the outside of the house into custom cabinetry in the kitchen. They had to remove both French doors on the fridge plus the slider freezer front in order to get it through the kitchen door. They were very patient and professional.

We were quoted originally at $800-$1,200 for our 3 bedroom house move. When it was time to pay, it was $2,200! They can hold your items "hostage" until you pay, so we had no choice but to pay it. Besides that, they also absolutely destroyed 3 of our walls by the garage. I attached a picture of the worst wall. We were told the claims department would fix this immediately. We went back and forth with the company for over a month about getting this fixed just for them to say they are only paying a portion of the bid to get this fixed. So now we are out even more money to fix these damages on top of the extra $1,000 (plus me being kind and buying the guys donuts, drinks AND tipping) we already paid. I'm speechless a company like this can exist. Save yourself the nightmare and go with another company!

Houston and Thomas were great guys, they cared a lot about doing a good job!

Ceicel did a great job organizing the crew when he realized they company had scheduled to few people and got more bodies to make it go faster and was hilarious but professional.

Cecil and his crew were very easy to work. They came in and got right to work. Very sufficient, getting everything done in a timely manner.

Cecil and his crew were friendly, strong, motivated, and courteous guys. They took good care of everything they moved. No issues with the big heavy stuff or packing all my tools. I would definitely hire them again

The 5 guys were very attentive to protecting the furniture. They were kind and very quick. No damage was done to my belongings or my new townhome. I appreciated their willingness to change dates when my buyers loan was delayed a few days. All is well.

My movers Anthony & Marcus were great: very friendly & polite. They arrived exactly when they said they would, they took good care of my items, moved quickly & efficiently. I would definitely recommend them!

I wish I could give 0 stars. They put you on hold for hours. If you try to call for a claim, they just let you sit on hold before hanging up. Once you deal with them, they will never deal with you again when you call. They also got my name wrong on everything but the recipe.

Experience was good overall. I would recommend them again for moving.

Efficient and pleasant.

This is the worst moving company I have ever hired. They overcharged then broke a bed and a television. When I filed a claim they said they would pay $400. I declined this number and wanted to escalate it but now they wonâ t answer numerous calls and messages. Save yourself some grief and go with another reputable moving company

I booked them to move, but on their day off, they never showed up and would not answer the phone. We had to drive to their office to be told they could not move us due to the manager quitting and walking out mid-shift. Disaster of a business!
