"We scheduled 4 estimates through Home Advisor to have our roof replaced. We decided to hire Clay from Bulldog Roofing, and couldn't be happier with our decision. Our roof looks amazing and it cost much less than some other companies we received estimates from. We even upgraded to a level 4 shingle, and had the ridge vent installed. Clay was available to us by phone, text, and email throughout the entire process. His customer service skills are outstanding and he is transparent and honest! Amazingly, the crew was able to scrape 3 LAYERS of old roofing materials off and completely install the roof in one (very long) day! (About 14 hours of HARD work!) The cleanup process was fantastic as well. They layed down tarps around the entire perimeter of our home and when they strategically rolled them up, the crew left nothing behind. We have found 1 stray nail in our yard. We are 100% satisfied with our entire experience with Bulldog Roofing, and would recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting a new roof, with a great warranty and a very fair price."

"They did a fantastic job replacing my roof. It was done in a timely manner and there was great communication during the entire process. All my questions were answered, and my worries/concerns were addressed before they started the job. Guardian roofing was very honest, gave me a great price, and was really easy to contact when I had questions. I was able to place my outdoor furniture in the garage and that made it much easier for them to clean up after. I had no nails around the parameter of the house and no left over debris. They did a fantastic job on my roof, and the clean up, Iâ m so pleased with how it turned out. My house looks beautiful, and they were enjoyable to work with. Very kind profess workers as well."

"Excellent experience. Cristian was quick to respond and was professional. He conducted a thorough inspection of both the roof and attic to properly determine necessary corrective actions and relayed his finding so we could make an adequate decision. He instructed his crew on what needed to be done and conducted a follow-up after completion. Crew was efficient and good about cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend JB Roofing for and any roofing needs."

The cost to replace your roof is often significantly more expensive than the cost to repair it. On average, homeowners will spend between $5,890 and $12,800 to replace a roof. Yes, most states require roofers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed roofer could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

Before hiring a roofing contractor to work on your project, there are a few things you will want to ask, including:
Do you use roofing subcontractors?
Do you offer a warranty?
