Josh was punctual (which rarely happens!) reliable, knowledgeable, skilled at his craft, friendly, honest and actually takes pride in his work and makes sure it’s finished and worth a 5 star review! He knew his specialty as well as his limitations, and rather than just accepting a part of the job he’s not 100% confident in, he called in his best texture guy. I’m telling you, this DOESN’T typically happen- so often the subcontractors I’ve hired care most about getting a job done as quickly as possible and oftentimes the rush shows in the completed project…not at all how my experience with Josh went.
