"We replaced a back door, which was a big project because it was a four-panel sliding door. The team that came for the installation was so professional, that they laid down the red carpet and worked meticulously to leave the house in the condition it was in before they started. The door is fantastic and we can definitely tell the material quality compared to what was there previously. When the screens arrived later the technician that placed the screens on the door was kind enough to offer to come back to explain how to stain the door when we were ready. The service was phenomenal and the quality of the door is amazing. We LOVE this door!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
