Hail storm damaged our hot tub cover - ordered a new one and it came in on time and they came and installed the cover on time!

Called Brandon with a used hottub that we moved here from South Dakota. We didn't know if it would even run and wanted to get an estimate on how much to repair -
Brandon called back promptly and scheduled a time for us to drop off the hottub. He cleaned up the hottub (which was pretty messy) with a pressure washer; fixed any leaks; replaced a pump and heater AND gave me the name of an electrician to coordinate with Brandon the electrical install. Brandon delievered the hottub that morning and the electrical guy came out and hooked up the electric lines. Brandon stayed and made sure everything worked on the hottub. That weekend Brandon delivered us a new cover (which we had on order so he let us borrow one until ours came in) and made sure once again that everything was working!
