"The tech support person, who set up my RING was John Adams. He was extremely knowledgeable because the cell phone I was going to use was not compatible because it was a cheap phone. I would have never been able to do, what he did, to get my RING working. It also involved hard-wiring the RING Pro to my current doorbell which is over 40 years old. "We actually went with ADT after a salesman came to our home. He hooked us up with someone who came to do the install. They did decent work, but since everything has been installed some of the sensors have stopped working, we had to replace the ring doorbell, and I’m not fully confident that if our house were burning down anyone would be called (the smoke detectors have gone off a handful of times with no action taken). Great customer service upfront though!"
