I would have never been able to do, what he did, to get my RING working. It also involved hard-wiring the RING Pro to my current doorbell which is over 40 years old. "We actually went with ADT after a salesman came to our home. He hooked us up with someone who came to do the install. They did decent work, but since everything has been installed some of the sensors have stopped working, we had to replace the ring doorbell, and I’m not fully confident that if our house were burning down anyone would be called (the smoke detectors have gone off a handful of times with no action taken). Great customer service upfront though!"

"yes they run the machine and I told them that the lock ring on the front sel just went off and we saw the spring was disconnect and was cut and that may the reason why its not spinning. He just observed it and he declared thats the only problem and he will order the parts and will come back but will call me first"
