So we recently secured the foundation of our home with Groundworks. First, let me point out that stabilizing the foundation of your home can be a daunting undertaking. It is also one of the most responsible ways to perserve the equity in your property. Groundworks has a reputation for excellence in preparation, execution, and problem-solving in foundation work. But we had never had to address this level of home renovation and the extensive landscaping in our yard complicated the scope of our project. While we were concerned about our project's complexity, we were extremely relieved at the high level of knowledge, competence, communication, customer service, and professionalism awarded to us by the Groundworks foundation team. Our foreman Clem, and his team (Luis, Noah, Ran, and Rokk) literally went above and way beyond our expectations to explain next steps, listen to us, problem-solve, and execute a solution to every concern we raised. "They did everything during the promised times and have followed up with three additional vista just to answer questions and clean up some of their work. After the initial install, my wife noticed some cracking in the cement.... They returned and relaid the concrete. Mike did the i tall... His team was extremely professional and stayed with the job until we were completely satisfied. I know that thrasher is a little more expensive, but the service and piece of mind make it totally worth the cost. We aren't sure whether we want to expand on the waterproofing (we didn't exactly do the full service for their waterproofing because we wanted to leave some of the bricks in the basement exposed) but if we do, we will call thrasher again. CJ gave us our initial quote and completed our initial inspection. If all of ther inspectors are as professional and knowledgable, then I doubt you will be disappointed.
