"We hired Anointed Power after a sewer flood caused major damage inside of our home; Donald Moore and his crew came in fast, professional and handled all the repairs. During the times Donald had to step away his crew interacted with our family with complete professionalism. Yes, you can screw directly into stucco. Only do so if the item you are installing is a permanent fixture. Drill a pilot hole into the stucco using a masonry or concrete bit, then drive in the screw with a power drill or screwdriver.

Stucco applied over brick can last 30 to 50 years or more when correctly applied and properly maintained. Stucco’s lifespan can be shortened by improper application, incorrectly mixed material, lack of preparation before application, and lack of maintenance.
