"I was very impressed with SOS and Jon Stuehm. My AC went out over the Memorial day weekend. It was original to the house and the whole system was in need of replacing so I didn't feel like putting any money into it. I reached out online to SOS on Saturday night and the called me on Tuesday morning after the holiday which was what I expected. Jon came out and was helpful and listened to what I was looking. I got a quote from him within a few hours and it included just what I was looking for and not full of equipment I didn't want or need. I got a couple of more quotes from reputable companies in town and they were significantly higher for comparable equipment. After I made the decision to go with SOS, the crew was out here the next day at the time they said they would be. They were courteous, nice, helpful, and informative. "Greg arrived at 12:30 PM as scheduled and was done at 2:15 PM. He cleaned everything up. I was very pleased. The city plumbing inspector passed the work and gave me the inspection approval certificate. Greg explained that the current 30 year old valve had calcium build up that was restricting the water flow to the house as well as leaking water. Consequently, my water pressure in the house was low. Also, whoever originally installed my PRV installed it in wrong location after the water meter instead of before the water meter. The line to the lawn sprinkler system was incorrectly piped directly from the street water line consequently the water pressure to the sprinklers was too high. After the work was done the lawn sprinklers work great and my water pressure is quite significantly greater taking a show as well as when I use my outside hose. I am very pleased!show more

"He was polite, explained what he was doing, and gave me a little instruction in how the pipes in a century old plus home run. It took him longer to unpack and pack back up than it did to open the drain, but he cleaned up the entire work area and took all the soiled cleaning materials with him. It was very muddy outside, so kept putting on the shoe covers when he came in and took them off when he went out! Very polite, very clean, and very careful, and fast!show more
