They serviced my washer and took it apart and cleaned it. Thy made sure that all the parts were working. They seemed to know what they were doing. They were very nice and on time. They were friendly ,courteous and the price was good.

We used Darrell's Appliances on two separate occasions. Our off-brand washer/dryer combo had been giving us a warning message which caused the dryer to not work after a few minutes. A repair man came out and after just a few minutes found that a cord had just come loose and he plugged it back in and it worked great! About a year later our dryer was having issues again and a different repair man came out. He could not find anything wrong with the washer/dryer so he took down the number of the manufacturing company and gave them a call and instead of visiting us another time and charging us again, he just called to let us know that the manufacturer said. They were very fair and communicated in a timely manner. Would definitely use again!

The technician came out the first time and told me that he could find nothing wrong with the motor or transmission, but that I had a leaky seal. He told me that I could probably get by with the leaky seal since it was quite expensive to replace it. He told me to call back if we continued to have problems with the washer making the noise and not agitating. I placed another service call a few weeks later when the washer started making a very loud noise and started smoking and burning up. The same techinician came out and told me that my motor, belt, pump, and seal were gone. When I received a bill that I was being charged for both service calls, I paid for the second call and wrote a letter explaining that I did not feel that I should have to pay for the first call for the technician to tell me that there was nothing wrong with my washer except for the seal (when there obviously was something wrong, hence the second service request). The technician wrote me back and said he didn't understand why I placed the second service request in the first place because he had already told me that the seal was leaking. He enclosed a coupon for $20 off a new washer if purchased through Darrell's.
