Diagnosed problem, ordered, and ultimately removed and replaced failing furnace inducer motor (which draws burner gases into the exhaust stack, the furnace will not even start if this motor fails to operate properly) - about a $400 job. On a prior service call, a tech from a different company was unable to identify the problem.
Mr. Keller was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, neat in his appearance and his work, and seemed focused on not just doing the job, but on doing the job right. His will be the name in my "go to" file for furnace or air conditioning problems.
