"They did a FANTASTIC job on my carpet and chairs. They removed all the cat soil. Looks nearly new again!!! Very much detailed oriented. I highly recommend them. Very friendly and communication was great."

"A go getter! Goes the extra mile to get the job done right."

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

"They were incredibly thorough with their work and even went above and beyond with their services. They were incredibly hard-working, kind, and polite. Once they got moving they were moving and very focused on their work. An absolute pleasure to converse with them once they were done. 5/5 would highly recommend."

"Purchased the deal on Angie's List for cleaning of couch and loveseat. Contacted by Mighty Blue a few days later to set up appointment for cleaning. They showed up promptly on the day and time scheduled and I showed them my furniture. I was promptly advised that it was microfiber of which they can not clean. No mention of this anywhere with the purchased deal or during conversation about appointment. Now I am rushing to find a cleaner for the upcoming event and working on getting my money back from Angie's List."

"Had company come and clean carpets and later got entire apartment cleaned due to great customer service."

"They were great and very flexible in making arrangements to clean. They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet. I will definitely use their services again and would recommend them to others."

"They did a awesome job getting out pets stains and dirt from my carpet. They missed a few stains but got 95% of them out. I was very happy with the end result. The only thing I didn't care for was that I had to wait a day for my carpet to dry. Having little kids made that kind of hard for us."

"Elements Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and upholstery. The technician was professional, timely, and explained all the work he was going to do and the costs involved. Everything looks and smells great again. We highly recommend Elements to everyone and will most definitely be using their services in the future."
