"Entire process was quick and easy. Left v/m to set appointment and received callback within 10 minutes. Arrived on time and had no problem getting out some tough pet and kid stains on white carpet. "I AM so IMPRESSED. I have hired the "BIG" guys before and no one could get the "gum" like stuff out of my daughter carpet and it is now GONE!!!!!! She was also able to come in two days notice.
