I have spent the last four years remodeling and constructing new buildings, working for other companies such as Hausmann Construction and Samsung Construction—including on the renovation of the football stadium in Lincoln, Nebraska. I have carried out renovations of churches and schools, as well as basements, garages, bathrooms, and kitchens. Now, I have established my own company, and I am ready to apply all my expertise to grow my business.

"Andy did a complete bathroom remodel for us. This was a custom build project and he had a lot of good ideas to improve the design. He removed an old existing shower and tub and custom built a new large walk-in tile shower. He replaced the old vinyl flooring with a new tile floor. Andy also re-routed some plumbing and installed a new vanity for us as well. His pricing was very reasonable and we felt that we got a lot of bang for our buck. Andy was very cordial, conscientious, and hard working. We often left him alone to run errands, and had no problem doing so. I would highly recommend his company. I am considering a couple more projects in the future that I may use him for."

Lined up another sub-contractor to come by and give estimate to take out wall so I could expand/add kitchen island, but neither the first person I met with nor the sub-contractor followed up with me to provide the total estimate.  I left a message a few weeks later asking for a call back and never received one.

 In the end, whether they could do the work I was asking for or not, had they followed up with me, I would have considered them for my cabinet refinishing work, which I will be doing this summer.  

UPDATE November 7, 2014: The owner of the co got back with me after seeing this review. He went above and beyond to address the poor follow through and put me in touch with another designer who promptly contacted me and drew up some plans. They addressed all my questions and on top of that he even reimbursed the $50 fee. I was very pleased with the recommendation, timeliness and over all effort to make it right."

Mr. Kirkpatrick listened very courteously and attentively writing down EVERY concern we had about the remodel. He even had several good ideas and suggestions. The quote listed everything, including materials, in it and was exact and detailed. The price was very reasonable too; considering the quality of the work performed. The work men where fast, efficient and dedicated. The quality, fit, and finish of the work was outstanding. I would hardily commend them for any renovations They also did not ask for payment until we were 100% satisfied with the work, and they said if we had any problems to contact them any time. We will definitely be recommending, and using them, again if we have a need."

"Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
