"Charlie and his team built us a pergola for our patio. Overall they did a fantastic job the Pergola overall looks very very nice. The only reasons for not getting a perfect score are below. We had two different neighbors text us to let us know that the people working on our pergola were fighting/yelling loudly at each other on the job ( we were not home at the time). Additionally, there were a few things on the Pergola that seemed rushed at the end. The boards that were placed on top of the Pergola were rushed and cut very unevenly. I had to go up and sand all of the ends of the boards. And there are several that are cut to uneven lengths. Additionally, there are several boards that should have been sanded completely, as they still show the print on the boards. Lastly, several of The boards are not straight or are placed on evenly. If you look at three pergola from above or below, you can see that a handful of the boards are not square to each other. Overall we are pleased with the Pergola for the price, and we plan on fixing most of the issues ourselves. But it was not as turnkey or complete of a project as we would have liked"

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line. I am always available, but don't always answer my phone, but if you leave a message, I promise to back with you as soon as possible...and figure out how to get your issue resolved in a quick, efficient and economical manner.
