"Robert called me and asked if I had been contacted yet for a bid and I told him yes but I haven’t called them back because they never reached out to me. He was the first one to call. He got me an estimate later that afternoon and two days later, he finished the job, he was very professional. He was very courteous and that’s coming from my wife because she was the one that got to speak to him in person. I dealt with him over the phone and he was very professional and very appreciative of the work. Five stars for Robert and the work that he did I would recommend him to anybody ."

Siding questions, answered by experts

While bleach can be effective in killing mold, it may not fully remove mold stains from siding. Additionally, bleach can be harsh and may damage certain types of siding. It's recommended to use specialized mold cleaners or natural alternatives that are safe for your specific siding material as a part of your regular siding maintenance

If you have stucco on the outside of your home, it’s technically considered cladding and not siding, but beyond that, it’s impossible to tell without a little digging. Without damaging the siding material, expose part of it to see if there’s an air gap between the siding and your exterior wall. If there is, you have cladding. If the siding is affixed directly to the exterior wall, you have a simple siding system.

Although horizontal siding is found on more homes and deemed more popular, vertical siding is gaining popularity and becoming more trendy. Its ability to make homes appear taller and modern design is making it a favorite among homeowners. Plus, the vast style options available make it suitable for various architecture types.

Regularly wash with mild detergent, inspect for rust, and repaint as needed to maintain its appearance.

No, you don’t need to use the same siding around the entire home. Using different siding for different walls can actually increase the soft value of your home. Many homeowners opt to add vinyl siding on the sides of their home not facing the street, opting for higher-end siding materials like stone or wood for the front of the house. Stone veneer siding can be a cost-effective option for homeowners who like the appearance of stone, but not the cost.
