Not good. I called to have sales come to my home and give me a bid on installing a furnace and central air system. My call was never returned. I contacted Northern Plains Heating and Air and they were out the same day.
Turns out this company was the one to install the system so they knew what we had to deal with. The told us how to manage the inside and came while we were at work. The bill was on the door and we didn't have to do a thing.
Brian promptly arranged a time to look at the project site, ask what I wanted and the price/quality range, provided an estimate for the door and labor, scheduled and installation time and date for a few days later and checked after completion to make sure I was satisfied. Very professional....
The price was awesome. Best price I could find. They did the job with any complaint about me supplying the parts and the installation was done very quickly. It was done and ready when they said it would be. I would go to them again for any work I needed on a vehicle.
