"the service guys hooked a machine up to air handler and let it run for a while. They cleaned the returns and I asked them what the machine was doing, they told me it was sucking the dust out. I did not see them put anything in the main trunk lines to release the dust from the walls of the trunk line. They weren’t even going to clean the vent lines until I mentioned something about them. So they opened each vent and put a air hose with a 6 inch worn brush in each vent and only went about 6 feet in them. So I know that most of my vent lines and trunk lines didn’t get cleaned properly and for $585 bucks I thought they would do a better job."

"They are terrific, especially VICTOR! They are on time, communicative, attentive, professional, quick and do a GREAT job! Carpet Dryclean cleans carpets the right way --mysterious stains do not re-appear after carpets have been cleaned. And, they refill our bucket of stain remover so we can take care of little stains in between their coming to clean the next time. Additionally, Carpet Dryclean is reasonable priced all time time --no gimmicks; they are simply less expensive than the other steam cleaning company. I highly recommend them!"

"They were incredible. Three young women showed up promptly when I was told they would and immediately began cleaning. They were very cheerful, polite and considerate of my belongings. The owners stopped by shortly after to make sure everything was being done as I asked. As they asked questions, they also began cleaning while we talked. I had to leave for work and when I came home I was amazed. I had expected the floors to be done and the bathroom kitchens to be clean. It was that and more. Towels were neatly folded on towel racks. Throws were neatly folded and placed on sofas. If I didn't know better I would swear they had replace some of my old kitchen appliances with new ones they looked so clean. All in all the service is well worth it. I will definitely be contacting them for future cleaning. This was my first experience with professional house cleaners and I am thoroughly impressed by their professionalism and their cleaning. I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone."

"Tonya and her crew did an outstanding job at making the apartment we only lived in for nine months sparkle like new. It was much cleaner when we moved out then when we moved in. They tackled windows inside and out, baseboards, swept an unused patio, and even cleaned behind the refrigerator. They also did the basics to perfection including the bathrooms, the kitchen, and the floors. Next time I need my house cleaned I will be calling TH Cleaning Services."

Sonic Cleaning questions, answered by experts

It is not advisable to DIY a roof cleaning job. Cleaning your roof yourself could lead to hazardous falls, scrapes, and even burns, making this a dangerous project. Additionally, using the wrong cleaning solution or cleaning method on your roof could risk damaging it. While some markets offer a DIY roof cleaning kit, these products often speed up the deterioration of your roof.

To ensure that you and your roof are protected, it’s best to leave roof cleaning to a professional with the right chemicals, tools, and equipment to complete the job safely.

Inspect for debris, clean drains, and regularly check for punctures or cracks to maintain performance.

Roof raking helps clear snowfall from your roof and, in turn, you hope that this prevents ice dams. But can roof raking actually cause them? Generally, no, it cannot. But you should note that while, in some cases, you might successfully prevent ice dams from forming near the edge of your roof by keeping it cleared with a roof rake, they could still form higher up on the roof, where you are unable to reach. This may leave you wondering: Does roof raking prevent ice dams? While it is not a 100% guaranteed way to prevent them, it does help.

There are several ways to remove snow from your roof: using a snow rake, salting the roof with calcium chloride, using a rope (cautiously), and using heating cables. It’s important to mention that pretty, fluffy, sparkling snow weighs a great deal, and when physically removing snow from a roof, you should be aware of large snow slabs breaking off. These can weigh hundreds of pounds and are a real danger, so be extremely careful anytime you’re doing this type of work.

Vinegar, bleach, chlorine, barley straw, and a bevy of dedicated algaecides can kill algae, which is the easy part. Preventing algae from returning can be a struggle for some homeowners, but keeping the patio well-maintained and clean is a good first step.
