They took a 70 year old brick house, with a deck on the back side and turned it into a beautiful home with the most awesome Sunroom that you could ask for. Upon completion, they reattached my deck to the Sunroom. Carlos Flores (the owner) is an outstanding businessman that knows the value of “Yes”. He, and his crew, can and will do whatever you need done to make you happy. They relate well to their customers with the utmost in respect for you personally as well as your property and time. At the end of each work day, they clean up after themselves, and haul off to the dump any materials and scraps that naturally come with the job. Their workmanship and overall work ethic led me to not only build a sunroom, but to build out a bathroom in my basement and redo my kitchen floors! I also had them take out a 100ft tree and lay in a new patio outside of my new sunroom. Whatever you need, A+ can do. When Carlos says no job is too small - believe him. Sergio was very professional and did a great job managing the logistics of our project from start to finish. Sergio completed the permit process with the county, scheduled the necessary sub-contractors needed for the job, scheduled the necessary inspections with the county, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Antonio took the lead on completing most of the work in our home supervising their team of workers as they completed the framing, insulation, sheetrock, painting, crown molding, and trim carpentry work. "The work was great. The workers were very accommodating to us. I had a small issue with the end of the first day the workers left my home a mess. The next day I talked to someone on site and they apologized and made sure it did not happen again. I called the owner to let him know of the issue however I never received a follow-up phone call. The workers were great however I wanted to speak with the owner about my issue not the foreman on site."
