They took a 70 year old brick house, with a deck on the back side and turned it into a beautiful home with the most awesome Sunroom that you could ask for. Upon completion, they reattached my deck to the Sunroom. Carlos Flores (the owner) is an outstanding businessman that knows the value of “Yes”. He, and his crew, can and will do whatever you need done to make you happy. They relate well to their customers with the utmost in respect for you personally as well as your property and time. At the end of each work day, they clean up after themselves, and haul off to the dump any materials and scraps that naturally come with the job. Their workmanship and overall work ethic led me to not only build a sunroom, but to build out a bathroom in my basement and redo my kitchen floors! I also had them take out a 100ft tree and lay in a new patio outside of my new sunroom. Whatever you need, A+ can do. When Carlos says no job is too small - believe him. "We hired Antonio Remodeling & Renovations to complete our unfinished bonus room, and they did a fantastic job. Sergio was very professional and did a great job managing the logistics of our project from start to finish. Sergio completed the permit process with the county, scheduled the necessary sub-contractors needed for the job, scheduled the necessary inspections with the county, and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Antonio took the lead on completing most of the work in our home supervising their team of workers as they completed the framing, insulation, sheetrock, painting, crown molding, and trim carpentry work. Antonio was very professional and respectful of our home as he and their team completed the work on our bonus room. "EXCELLENT craftsmanship. Super high quality work. Very communicative - never ghosted us or left us in the dark. Five stars on all of that!! The only reason I don't give 5 stars overall is the timeline. We were originally quoted 8-10 weeks for our screened porch and it took a lot longer. There were things out of his control that contributed to that, so we understood. And again, he kept us in the loop. He also built us a new shed during that time and that slowed down the progress of the porch as well. We loved Calvin and would be happy to have him do more work for us."

I hired them to gut and renovate my medium sized kitchen, from scraping the popcorn ceiling to removing and relaying flooring. Oscar and Brandon were knowledgeable, professional, and very easy to work with. They communicated exceptionally well, and moved the job along, managing everything from demolition to the cabinet source to the granite countertops to electrical and plumbing to the final finish work.
