"After getting several estimates, we contracted with BAY to repair some damaged wood and replace other sections damaged by moisture. "It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. "Cleaning/sweeping was done and then I told the man about the water leaking down onto the franklin stove. He sealed the area around the pipe and also one of our chimney caps was missing. He said that he probably had one in his van to fit and match the one we have. So he installed a chimney cap for us as well. He was a nice man, clean, professional and knowledgable."
