"Their technicians were more than adequate. The unresolved issue is regarding completion of 1year contract and cancellation of contract. After cancellation was done the company billed for the 13th month even after cancellation and without service being provided. All calls go to Ogden Utah to people who insist no one in company is authorised to waive fees and that their supervisor does not accept calls. I feel sorry for local field workers to lose business but that is their model"

"After 5 treatments for weeds and fertilization, my lawn is OVERGROWN WITH WEEDS. I was told it is because it has rained so much AND I NEED TO GIVE THE PRODUCT A CHANCE TO WORK. IT HAS BEEN TREATED SINCE JANUARY!. Back in early spring, our lawn was beautiful wit fescue grass. (thanks to aeration and seeding) prettiest lawn in neighborhood. Now it is a disaster. When I called, about two weeks ago, they were going to send our a technician to treat. Supposedly, they come in between regular calls free of charge--NO! I was told it was too close to the scheduled treatment. When I asked about why the technician did not sign and date the treatment card, the lady told me she didn't know he didn't because she cannot see the hang tag. Really? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!"
