"They didn't clearly explain the cost, they told me it would be $50 to come out and remove a hornest nest and I could have an annual plan for $55 a month and if I don't want that plan I could cancel in 3 days. When I called them today to say that I dont want the annual plan, they told me that the cost for removing the hornest nest was $200, what I said to the lady you don't have to do this, If they said it they had told me that it was $200 from the very beginning, I could have called some other places and see if I could have gotten a better price. The guy that came out was excellent tho and completed the job, but they should be clear about the price. "

All calls go to Ogden Utah to people who insist no one in company is authorised to waive fees and that their supervisor does not accept calls. I feel sorry for local field workers to lose business but that is their model"
