"This company will become my "GO TO" for all plumbing and water system issues."

"Spoke with Chris about the issues we were having with our water. He provided an abundance of information and options. He scheduled for the install the very next day and we couldn’t be happier with the work and professionalism of Paul, the technician assigned to the job. We would recommend them to anyone when asked. Thanks again Chris."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"We bought the whole-house system and added alkaline. The removal of toxins made clear improvements to the taste of our water, our skin and hair. I am SO happy that we no longer need to buy water bottles!! Martin provided topnotch service. I strongly recommend NC Water Filtration and their products."

"Not good. The water leaks had caused black mold that had to be repaired. When repairs were completed 3 months later, the valves still leaked from the stem when turned on. It was past 60 days so I had to pay another $100 service fee to have the water leaks fixed. He tightened the packing and quoted $350 to replace the valves. Sheesh."
