"Fine, despite "Murphy's" best attempt to cause havoc. The front door frame needed to be repaired as well when the threshold and new front door were installed because the spot for the lock was not secure. The guys made sure everything was safe and in good working order. The windows were special order because they had to be inserted into stonework. The company that made the windows did not make them the size specified on the order form. That meant it took longer to find a way to get them to fit into the walls, but the guys cheerfully worked out a way without us needing to wait for new windows to be produced. Our tenants have been very pleased with the improvements. We are also pleased that Handyman Xpress was able to get them installed before the new tenants needed to move in.
