"I contracted with Mount Valley Foundation to encapsulate my crawlspace. I worked with Trey to define the project work. He along Christian provided a competitive estimate and were available to answer my questions. The project included removal of all fiberglass insulation, fully encapsulating the space with top end vapor barriers, replacing the door, and installing a dehumidifier. The team worked for two days to complete all the work with the exception of wiring the dehumidifier which is being done by a third party. Cody led a team comprised of Cory, Zy, Billy and Lamont. They worked steadily and demonstrated they knew what they were doing. I was most impressed by their willingness to answer any questions. All of them were so polite. I would highly recommend Mountains Valley Foundation based in my experience. "

Next, close your water shut-off valve and open the bleeder cap, releasing any water inside, and open the outdoor faucet to get rid of any excess water in the fixture. Finally, put an outdoor faucet cover over your spigot until the weather warms up again.
