The equipment that Brian chose to fix our heating and cooling problems far exceeded my expectations. It took less than 1 day to realize that the equipment purchased was the right decision. Temperature outside was scorching and they pushed thru the heat with a smile. Not well. The technician first tried to sell me duct cleaning and then said a sensor was bad with a replacement cost of $208.00. I was suspicious and asked him to leave. I had to call another firm to come down and fix what the young man did. He left the capacitor unplugged that starts the motor. The other firm confirmed there was nothing wrong with the pressure sensing module. The last 3 times this firm performed my semi-annual service they tried selling duct cleaning or some other maintenance issue. I truly believe they pay their techs to build an invoice similar to what service estimators at car dealerships do.

Many thanks to Jim Z for the 2 days he spent getting my Trane system working properly and correcting some old problems. Jim is a true HVAC professional with many years of experience. O'Brien is fortunate to have him on their team. It was such a relief to have this friendly, yet no-nonsense pro, on October 7 & 8, 2020 handle persistent problems with focus and ease. I have consistent cooling and heating again. And, my electricity expense, which had doubled, is back to normal.
