"Cobalt save our rear ends by getting our insurance company to pay for the work.  This is after 3 other roofers looked at it.    So we paid our 1,000 deductible and that was basically it for the roof.  Had some cosmetic repairs done out of pocket.  
He David Francis, co-owner, also got insurance company to pay for leak damage in one of the bedrooms.   Cobalt has been around a while.  Their crew works hard long hours.  You will have 6-10 people working to get the job done fast.

I mentioned 4 grand because we then had the house repainted by Cobalt.  It looks amazing!!  And they didnt paint the windows shut like the last painter.

"ng Brian and Sarah are wonderful people. They both came to the house and sat and talked to us like we had been great friends for years!! They were never pushy or tired to get us to just spend all our money. They made sure we were happy with the roof and siding. They were here almost everyday while the work was being done to make sure that we were still happy in how everything was going. After all the work was done They walked the entire house and checked everything to ensure all was done correctly and all debris had been cleaned. There had been some debris left over and Brian made the crew come back and clean it all up. Brian wants his customers happy and I can honestly say that my husband and I were very pleased with the service and work we received from Brian, Sarah and the crew.
