He charged me $45 with no intention of repairing anything through my house. Why are you coming in people's houses and disrespect their carpet in the cleanliness of their house, don't you supposed to put on some shoe covers or something? Why do you leave me with a broken air condition for 6 days? "

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

Alma and her crew moved every piece of furniture, cleaned everything from ceiling fans to the blinds and to the baseboards (including taking all of the pictures and magnets off of the refrigerator and cleaning them). They wet-cleaned all the tile floors, cleaned the oven and even made the bed! We have a 3000 square foot house, with a dog (they are very pet-friendly); Neat Freaks spent a total of 6 1/2 hours with a crew that, at its peak, was 8 strong.
