"This is the second time I have hired a drainage contractor. The company before Sealtech buried about 50 concrete pavers in the trench while I was away at Lowes. Needless to say I did not call them back. Sealtech sent a three man crew out. They dug up the sod (Bermuda) and saved it to put back. Then they hand dug a trench about 200 feet. They cut out four feet of concrete very neatly, then installed a 4-inch schedule 40 PVC pipe (the thick stuff), not the corregated black junk. They captured one gutter and installed a drain basin where water would mass during heavy rain. The crew did not damage any utilities during the entire process After they filled in the trench and placed the sod back you could hardly tell anything was done. I can say I am highly satisfied. I cannot wait for the first heavy rain."

Sebastian arrived around 11:00 AM, reviewed the heater, and provided pricing options. I asked when he could get to the job and he indicated he could do the job that afternoon, he just needed to go get the materials. The installation was quick and done very well. The original flue and gas lines were used, and new inlet and outlet pipes were installed. The job was completed and Sebastian was leaving my property by 3:30 PM."
