"This company is fantastic. I have used them for the past 7 years since relocating to North Carolina and they have always completed the work in a timely, cost effective manner. We have had the privilege of working with the same Service Tech. (David) that entire time. In my experience as a homeowner (35+ years) that is unheard of. David is on time for appointments (or calls is running late or early), quickly responds to emergency heating/cooling situations, and looks for repair solutions that will take care of the issue for the least possible cost. It is reassuring to "know" your tech. and have a good feeling about the job he is doing. We also have an annual service agreement with Duggins. We have two furnaces (one electric and one gas) and two a/c systems. Their annual service fee, in my opinion, is very reasonable. He spends whatever time necessary to do the job right. Our home was new construction and in the first couple of years we had a major repair to the system. Duggins did not do the original install but reached out to the manufacturer to make sure that the warranty work was covered. This may not seem like a big deal, but I was not aware the unit was still under warranty, and would have paid for everything - I do not believe all companies would even check about the warranty. I have no reservations recommending Duggins based on 7+ years personal experience with them!"

I didn't know how to reach Miller's, so I left an AI automatic generated message, emailed Austin, and waited for a call back on the weekend mind you! Austin saw his email, and staff saw the AI, and Austin fielded the call to Christopher who called me and promptly came out. I can't say enough about the heart of this business. They follow this biblical teaching in the Bible: Philippians 2:3,4,5 Let nothing be done through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others. Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus. Need I say more? "Amitai from The Better Home Pros came today to inspect my hvac air duct system, I was having really bad allergies and sneezing and watery eyes for the past couple of months and I just could figure out what was causing it. During the inspection there was mold found throughout all of my air ducts in the house, Amitai showed me videos from the inspection report and than sent everything to the office to give me a quote, the quote was very reason in comparison to research I did but most importantly the quality of work that was done was AMAZING!!! I can already feel the difference in the air quality in my house it feels much lighter and smells better, I am so glad I called this company it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend anyone to use them for any hvac needs you might have and especially recommend Amitai the technician he is very polite and I felt really comfortable with him in my house and I just felt like he was really honest with me which means a lot these days.
