"I was truly impressed and surprised with the work done by Chad. I had several small projects ( split rail fence repaired, door bell replaced, 2light fixtures replaced, and hot/cold temperature selection on tub) Couldn’t access it through the tub surround so he had to cut into from the hall wall. Fixed it and you cannot tell that he had to cut a whole through the chair rail. He was on time every day and went about his work quietly and efficiently. He is a very nice guy to talk with too. He is by far the best handyman I have ever hired. He also kept me informed of every single step and if a problem arose he showed me and explained what would have to be done so I totally understood. I figured these projects would cost more than I had budgeted (especially with the tub enclosure problem) but the final bill was what I considered not only responsible but actually cheap.
