"I called a total of 3 roofers to provide an initial consultation and quote. One did not return my call. The other did not show up as promised but called later to ask to come the following week. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
