The job was completed in just over 2 days, including an excellent job of clean up. We also had some interior damage to a ceiling that James and Romey took care of on the following Saturday for a very reasonable price. The roof looks fantastic, we are very happy with the outcome. "They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
"The CHW Tech was unable to connect the air condition to the Nest thermostat because it was not registering but he was able to provide us with cool air until the previous HVAC company was able to come and fix the system the next day. I had to pay the CHW Tech for the entire service but was reimbursed by the original company that installed the furnace because they knew that this was their error."

"Andrew’s service went above and beyond. We were on a tight timeline to get our flooring installed, but I am a perfectionist. After our original agreed upon install date on a Monday, I decided I wanted to order a few more boards to tack an addition room onto the scope of work. That said we needed it done in time for renters to move in that Saturday, and the square footage involved was not going to be a large return on investment for him. Nevertheless, Andrew made room in his schedule to come back to our place Friday as soon as the boards arrived to ensure finish the additional room and ensure I was happy. I will definitely be going with Andrew for any future work."
"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
