"The work he did initially was excellent and I had only good things to say but I have never had anybody be this irresponsible and not returning calls or emails and I started to wonder whether the guy was deceased or caught Covid or is in the hospital yet no one is returning calls and even people in hospitals return calls or they have business staff that return calls so I just do not know. So, I cannot give them any kind of positive recommendations at this point because the job is done and he has got my money and that is called theft."
