"The work he did initially was excellent and I had only good things to say but I have never had anybody be this irresponsible and not returning calls or emails and I started to wonder whether the guy was deceased or caught Covid or is in the hospital yet no one is returning calls and even people in hospitals return calls or they have business staff that return calls so I just do not know. So, I cannot give them any kind of positive recommendations at this point because the job is done and he has got my money and that is called theft."

They could have easily said it wasn't their responsibility to help me retrieve the money, but they didn't. They created a loyal customer as a result. And the work quality was second to none. I got quotes from two other providers but theirs was the best in terms of scope definition and price. The only thing I would like to see is more responsive comms, but I also understand how hard it is to balance "front office" work with the project work for a small business.
