"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"When I decided to move ahead on a much needed roof removal and replacement, it was very hard to get anyone to respond. However, Michael was very quick to answer my call and get a quote. Eventually I was able to get quotes from 3 different contractors and they were all within $200 for each other, which I find amazing given it was a sizeable job. In the end I did not select American, only because they did not carry workers comp at the time. I understand they have since picked up workers comp. I do most home projects on my own but can't do it all on my own. I will certainly contact Michael for anything in the future I decide to hire out."

"This husband and wife team is first rate. We had a banking issue at the start of our project. They could have easily said it wasn't their responsibility to help me retrieve the money, but they didn't. They created a loyal customer as a result. And the work quality was second to none. I got quotes from two other providers but theirs was the best in terms of scope definition and price. The only thing I would like to see is more responsive comms, but I also understand how hard it is to balance "front office" work with the project work for a small business. "After setting a start date Mr. Hargrove failed to show up and sent someone who we never met to pick up the installment pay. He was not knowledgeable about the job he was contracted to do. The railings were not installed correctly in fact it was a safety issue - if leaned on one could possibly knock it over. Called several times requesting him to repair, made false promises. To correct the problem we hired someone else to correct the job.

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.
