"We own a cottage in OBX but live in Virginia and were looking for someone in the area that would not try to scam me (as I found a few of those). I found Jason at Reigle Contracting and I am glad I did. We had our decks, windows/doors, and siding replaced on our cottage in Kitty Hawk. They were amazing to work with and were top notch. The decks are very sturdy and built with safety and style in mind. The windows/doors turned out better than we thought they would. The siding is beautiful. Along the way, Jason would let me know what issues he had and would call me to make sure I was informed of what he found and offered the proper way to fix it. We found we had a roof leak in several places and he took care of this for us. This outside of the original scope of work. He really does take care of his customers. The before and after photos are amazing! It looks like a totally different cottage! I wish he could come do some work on our home in Virginia! We love it and would definitely use and recommend Reigle Contracting again."

"When I decided to move ahead on a much needed roof removal and replacement, it was very hard to get anyone to respond. However, Michael was very quick to answer my call and get a quote. Eventually I was able to get quotes from 3 different contractors and they were all within $200 for each other, which I find amazing given it was a sizeable job. In the end I did not select American, only because they did not carry workers comp at the time. I understand they have since picked up workers comp. I do most home projects on my own but can't do it all on my own. I will certainly contact Michael for anything in the future I decide to hire out."

"This husband and wife team is first rate. We had a banking issue at the start of our project. They could have easily said it wasn't their responsibility to help me retrieve the money, but they didn't. They created a loyal customer as a result. And the work quality was second to none. I got quotes from two other providers but theirs was the best in terms of scope definition and price. The only thing I would like to see is more responsive comms, but I also understand how hard it is to balance "front office" work with the project work for a small business.
