Contractor made all repairs in a timely  and professional manner.  Hurricane straps were added to the deck structure to make it more stable and meet existing building codes.  A subcontractor was used to install the roofing shingles... (the bill from the sub was considered high and contractor disputed it and had it lowered to a reasonable figure). I would definitely use Sea Country Homes for any additional work that I needed.

Company was responsive in giving a detailed estimate of work to be done. Work was scheduled to begin in January but severe weather (wind and cold temperatures) prevented the work being done before February. Job was finished towards end of the month. Builder was professional in all contacts with us and questions were answered quickly (emails). We were pleased with the job and will use the company again for additional repairs.
